Consistency in Botswana often has less to do with motivation and more to do with rhythm.
If you train after work, plan around the commute instead of pretending it is not there. Pick two anchor sessions you will protect every week. Then add one flexible session that can move depending on traffic, family, or weather.
For most community members, the easiest pattern is one weekday effort session, one strength or conditioning session, and one longer social session on the weekend. Clubs help because the decision is already made for you. You know where to be, who will be there, and what the purpose of the day is.
The goal is not a perfect seven-day training plan. The goal is to keep showing up often enough that momentum becomes normal.
