Training through heat does not make poor recovery heroic. It makes poor recovery expensive.
When temperatures rise, start earlier when you can. Carry fluids for longer sessions. Use easier paces when the conditions demand it. Most importantly, stop treating sleep like a bonus part of training.
Heat changes the cost of the session. If you ignore that, the next few days usually tell the story through flat legs, poor concentration, and missed sessions.
Smart athletes and smart clubs adjust. That is how consistent communities are built.
