At SLV Yoga House, we believe yoga is for every age—and children especially benefit from its joyful, grounding practices.

Our Children’s Yoga program introduces young learners to yoga in a way that is safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Classes are designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and foster resilience, all while helping kids connect with their bodies and minds.

What to Expect:

  • Age-appropriate yoga postures taught through games, stories, and music
  • Breathing techniques that calm the mind and improve focus
  • Gentle mindfulness practices to build self-awareness and emotional balance

  • Kids Yoga (ages 4–7)  Wed & Thurs 1530-1630:
    • Playful, story-driven sessions introducing basic poses and mindful movement
  • Kids Yoga (ages 8–12): Fri 1400-1500 & 1530-1630; Sat 1200-1500:
    • More structured classes that build strength, focus, and resilience while keeping the fun alive
